Email delivery depends on multiple external factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right to increase, modify, or update pricing without prior notice due to operational costs, infrastructure upgrades, market conditions, or service improvements.

Users are responsible for paying all applicable fees for the use of the Service.

4. No Refunds or Adjustments

All payments made for the Service are final and non-refundable.

We do not provide:

  • Adjustments
  • Partial reimbursements

Once payment has been completed, it cannot be reversed.

  • Blacklisted

by these providers or other mail systems.

We are not responsible for such actions, and these events do not constitute service failure.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

  • Malware or harmful content
  • Illegal or deceptive communications
  • Content that violates international email regulations

Users are solely responsible for all email content sent through their accounts.
